The Board congratulated the Equestrian Team on its winning of the national show jumping title and on coming 4^th in the UK Schools championship.

Best wishes and gratitude were extended to Bernie Murphy on her retirement .

The Board fully endorses the work of the Green Schools Committee and supports their wish that a Green Area be incorporated into the development associated with the upcoming extension and will recommend the inclusion of such a space.

A Curriculum Advisory Group to be established to revisit the issue of subject options at Junior Cycle.

The Group is to                                

consult with parents, student council and staff

steer a broad discussion into the BVS curriculum

advise management as to what subjects should be core

feed back to staff

Time Frame: Work is to be done before mid-term of February 2018
